Graduate Researcher / PhD Candidate (m/f/d) in materials informatics at the University of Bayreuth, working with the Kuenneth Group (Computational Materials Sciences) on an EU Horizon Europe project. The project focuses on using AI to design sustainable polymeric materials for electronics and packaging.
The role combines polymer science, materials science, computer science, and machine learning. This is a full-time position paid according to TV-L E13 standards for up to 3.5 years. The post offers the opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree (PhD), flexible working hours, and the option to work from home within the applicable service agreement.
