What's required

Completed university studies (Master/Diploma) in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Applicants should understand flotation principles and mineral processing methods, have experience or knowledge in safe handling and analysis of ore samples containing naturally occurring heavy elements, be familiar with high-temperature redox processes and plasma technologies, and ideally know hydrometallurgical processing. Experience with XRF, XRD, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, SEM, or MLA is desirable. Strong teamwork, good academic record, ability to synthesize multidisciplinary data, excellent scientific writing and presentation skills in English, and good German language skills are advantageous.
