About this position
Application portal for up to three PhD projects at the University of Canterbury with the Sustainable Energy Research Group.
The projects focus on the resilience of Aotearoa New Zealand’s future energy system, including multi-hazard and cascading risk, infrastructure interdependencies, future energy scenarios, consequences of service disruption, resilience investment, and decision-making under deep uncertainty.
Successful candidates will work with Dr Rebecca Peer and Dr Tom Logan. Depending on the project, research may examine the national energy system or local electricity distribution networks and the communities and services that depend on them.
