About this position
Fully funded PhD opportunity in energy system resilience, climate risk, and electricity distribution planning at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The project is hosted by the Sustainable Energy Research Group (SERG) and involves supervision by Rebecca Peer and Tom Logan, with collaboration from Urban Intelligence. Strong quantitative/programming skills (Python or similar) are expected, with experience in optimisation, risk analysis, and/or data analysis preferred. A C1+ English level is required. Prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
