About this position
Recruitment updates are being collected for a research project on RNA structure simulations, structural ensemble modeling, and computational biology.
The group is developing a new fast simulation model for RNA structures, RNA-protein complexes, and conformational ensembles, with an emphasis on bridging efficient simulations, detailed structural interpretation, AI-assisted analysis, and integration with experimental data.
The project is funded by OPUS NCN for a 3-year research program. The team plans to hire postdocs and PhD students, with the expected start currently planned for November–December 2026.
Relevant backgrounds include molecular modeling, molecular dynamics, bioinformatics, structural biology, physics, chemistry, computer science, or related areas. Candidates should be comfortable with programming, especially Python or similar scientific computing tools.
If you want to receive the formal recruitment announcement once it is available, you can sign up through the provided Google Form.
