The Swedish National Genomics Infrastructure is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher for a project at the interface of genomics, functional genomics, molecular biology, experimental hematology, and computational biology. The work focuses on understanding links between gene regulatory variants, chromatin organization, and transcription using state-of-the-art genomics approaches.
The project is conducted in collaboration with the research groups of Professor Tuuli Lappalainen and Associate Professor Robert Månsson at KTH. The role combines hands-on genomics, technology development, and analysis of large-scale genomics data.
