The successful candidate will join the SiLago (Silicon Lego) group, which is pioneering a Lego-inspired design framework for advanced VLSI and nanofabric technologies. SiLago serves as the foundation for multiple ChipsJU and IMEC-funded projects, targeting challenging industrial applications and next-generation CMOS 2.0 and 3D nanofabrication.
The postdoc will contribute to research in algorithmic and application-level synthesis, supporting ongoing projects and collaborating with industrial partners. Preferred qualifications are a recent doctoral degree (within three years), familiarity with LLVM/MLIR frameworks, experience with RTL to GDSII design flow, and awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, especially gender equality.
The position is full-time, temporary (up to two years), and offers a monthly salary. KTH values equality, diversity, and equal opportunities as integral to its core values.
