About this position

Postdoc in Stochastic Optimization for Maritime Logistics at DTU Management, Technical University of Denmark, in Lyngby, Denmark.

This 2-year postdoctoral project, SCRUB (Scheduling, Cleaning and Routing under Uncertainty in Bulk Shipping), focuses on mathematical optimization, stochastic/robust scheduling, routing, and decision support for bulk shipping and maritime logistics. Exposure to machine learning methods is a plus. A PhD degree or equivalent is required, and fluency in English is expected.

Funding is provided through the Danish Maritime Fund. The appointment is for 24 months, with salary according to the Danish collective agreement and possible supplements under DTU’s salary structure.

What's required
