About this position
We’re sharing a postdoctoral research associate opportunity in computational spatial biology at the University of Oxford, within the CRUK-funded CRC-STARS programme.
The project focuses on understanding therapeutic response and resistance in colorectal cancer using quantitative spatial biology, integrating spatial transcriptomics and imaging data with computational methods for spatial analysis.
The successful candidate will join the multidisciplinary Applied Spatial Biology Oxford team and work across mathematics, computational biology, cancer biology, and clinical research. The role includes developing new methods and reproducible pipelines for analysing complex spatial datasets.
