Postdoctoral position in Innovation Management and Organization Studies at the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland), hosted by the Chair of Innovation Management in the Institute of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business.

The position is led by Prof. Emmanuelle Reuter and focuses on research and teaching in areas such as innovation and change, innovation for sustainability, business ecosystem leadership, business and regulation, managerial and organizational cognition, organization theory, and qualitative research.

This is a part-time postdoctoral role at 60% with a supportive and international research environment. Responsibilities include conducting independent research projects, contributing to research and scholarly activities including funding applications, teaching 6 ECTS per year related to innovation management, supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s theses, and contributing to institutional development.

Eligibility highlights include a distinguished PhD in business administration or a related discipline, strong empirical research skills, commitment to independent research, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and strong publication potential. Excellent English is required; French is an asset. Teaching experience is considered an advantage.

Funding details: salary is CHF 94,000–99,000 per year at 100% employment (about EUR 104,000–109,000), prorated for the 60% appointment. The contract duration is 3 years, renewable after the first and second year, with possible temporary increase depending on research funding.
