Postdoctoral Position in Organic Synthesis and Flow Chemistry for Corticosteroids INSA Rouen Normandie in France

Postdoctoral position in organic synthesis and flow chemistry at the CARMeN Institute (UMR 6064), INSA Rouen Normandie, France, within the Med4Cure initiative supported by the European Commission and EUROAPI.

The project focuses on developing innovative and eco-efficient methods for the synthesis of corticosteroids, bridging industry and academia and contributing to future industrialization of pharmaceutical production. The postdoctoral researcher will work in the team Synthesis of Fluorinated Biomolecules and will be responsible for experimental work, analysis (NMR, HRMS, HPLC, etc.), and scientific reporting.

Eligibility highlights: a PhD in organic chemistry is required, along with experience in organic synthesis, development of new methodologies, and strong analytical skills for organic molecules. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, motivated, curious, autonomous, and organized.

Funding details: 12-month contract with a net salary of about 2200 €/month. The position is part of a larger four-year project recruiting several postdoctoral researchers.
