The successful candidate will work on next-to-single-log accuracy for e+e- collisions, extend the results to proton-proton collisions, and study phenomenological consequences in jet physics.
The project is led by Gregory Soyez at IPhT in collaboration with Matteo Cacciari at LPTHE. The position is a temporary full-time contract for 2 years, with the possibility of extension for a third year.
Eligibility highlights: applicants should have a PhD or equivalent, strong knowledge of particle physics and QCD, and programming skills are considered an advantage. Basic French is listed in the requirements.
Location: Saint Aubin, Haute Normandie, France.
Deadline: 2 October 2026, 23:59 UTC.
