PhD scholarships: three PhD scholarships are available in the group. Applicants should have undergraduate and master’s degrees in Materials Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong academic performance and relevant research experience. IELTS 6.5 minimum is stated, along with Imperial’s English-language requirement. Funding covers tuition and a tax-free stipend at the UKRI London rate for up to 3.5 years.

Funding and fellowships: postdoctoral funding is available, and candidates are encouraged to apply for external fellowships such as Marie Skłodowska-Curie, Newton International, EPSRC, Royal Academy of Engineering, Leverhulme, Wellcome, NERC, GCCRN, and CSC-linked schemes.
