About this position
The WZB Berlin Social Science Center is recruiting a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (f/m/x) for its research group Globalization, Work and Production in Berlin, Germany.
This position is centered on research into technological change in the workplace, with emphasis on digitalization, automation, AI technologies in the workplace, transformation of work contents and work organization, skills, industrial relations, and the changing structure of manufacturing, service sectors, and public administration.
The role is a full-time appointment (39 hours/week) running until 31 December 2030, with a preferred start date of 1 January 2027. Compensation is according to EG 13 TVöD Bund, with additional public service benefits and support for visa and residence permit matters.
