About this position

We are hiring for a 3-year Postdoctoral Research Fellow position in the Arbibe Laboratory at Institut Necker Enfants Malades (INEM, Inserm/Université Paris Cité) in Paris, France.

The project is funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR) and will investigate the role of non-canonical RNA species, especially double-stranded RNAs (dsRNAs) and circular RNAs (circRNAs), in intestinal inflammation and epithelial repair in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Applicants should have a PhD defended within the last 2 years and a strong background in RNA biology, molecular/cell biology, and immunology. Helpful experience includes RNA-based assays, RIP-seq, CLIP/eCLIP-seq, dsRNA/circRNA biology, mouse experimentation, and/or intestinal organoid culture.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative environment at INEM on the Necker–Enfants Malades hospital campus, with access to state-of-the-art core facilities and close interactions with clinicians.

To apply, send a CV, a brief summary of previous research experience and scientific interests, and contact details for 2–3 references to [email protected].
