About this position
King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) is inviting applications for a postdoctoral research position within the Semiconductors and Materials Spectroscopy (SMS) Laboratory in the Division of Physical Science and Engineering. The project focuses on nanofabrication processes for emitting devices, especially laser diodes and related LED/optoelectronic devices, using wide-bandgap nanostructure materials such as oxides and III-nitride semiconductors.
