King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) is advertising two PhD openings in the Physics Department for Fall 2027.

The research group is looking for students interested in Space Physics, Astrophysics, and Small spacecraft development. Applicants with a BSc degree in physics or engineering may apply, and the post explicitly says that a master’s degree is not required.

Funding is available for PhD students only and includes a monthly stipend, furnished air-conditioned on-campus housing, and free tuition (no study fees).
