Umeå University in Sweden is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher in psychology with a focus on environment and sustainability. The position is based in the Department of Psychology and is part of the project The social foundation for acceptance of climate adapted forest management.

The project examines how different groups in Sweden accept climate-adapted forest management, drawing on social identity, social norms, shared goals, and other collective processes. The work combines analysis of survey data with the design and analysis of an experimental study. It is funded by the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation and linked to Wallenberg Initiatives in Forest Research (WIFORCE-HS).

Applicants should normally have received their doctorate within the last three years, unless special grounds apply.
