Postdoctoral Researcher / Researcher opportunity at the University of Alberta in wireless and satellite communications.

The project focuses on advanced next-generation wireless systems and may include cell-free and distributed wireless networks, terrestrial and non-terrestrial/satellite communication systems, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), wireless channel modeling, signal processing, resource allocation and optimization, and multi-hop networking and resilient communication.

Applicants should have a strong background in wireless communications, signal processing, communication networks, or a closely related field, plus demonstrated research experience and strong analytical and programming skills. Canadian citizens or Canadian permanent residents are preferred.

The appointment is expected to start as an initial ~3-month position, with the possibility of extension for another 3 months to 1 year depending on project progress and needs. Interested candidates should email their CV and a brief summary of relevant research experience to [email protected].
