About this position

The Czech Centre for Phenogenomics (CCP), located in Vestec near Prague, is seeking talented professionals for several research positions, including Head of PDX and Cancer Models Unit and Experienced Researcher/Postdoctoral Scientist. The CCP is a leading research infrastructure in biomedicine, specializing in phenogenomics, cancer research, patient-derived xenografts, preclinical models, and translational science. The centre is part of the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences and is a member of the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) and INFRAFRONTIER.

Open positions include:

  • Head of PDX and Cancer Models Unit: Lead a team focused on patient-derived xenografts and innovative cancer models.
  • Experienced Researcher / Postdoctoral Scientist: Contribute to research in phenogenomics, Prader-Willi syndrome, therapy development, and preclinical R&D projects related to skin diseases.
