Anna Maurer

The Maurer Lab at the University of Michigan is hiring a Postdoctoral Researcher in cell and molecular biology / virology , with a strong focus on AAV gene delivery and AAV biology . The lab is led by Anna Maurer , Assistant Professor of Biophysics, and is based in the Department of Biophysics with affiliations to Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Michigan Medical School. The lab is especially interested in candidates with experience in plasmid library cloning and screening , mammalian gene regulation , chromatin structure and function , DNA replication/repair , or cryo-electron tomography . The position is a full-time postdoctoral appointment with a salary of $63,480–$70,000 . It is initially for one year, with a possible second-year extension depending on performance, work availability, and funding.
