A fully funded PhD studentship is available in the NanoElectronic Device Group at the London Centre for Nanotechnology, University College London (UCL), supported by the EPSRC Landscape Award (UELA). The research project centers on the development of resistive memories (memristors) using semiconductor-insulator structures derived from controlled oxidation of 2D layered semiconductors.
