The successful candidate will join a vibrant research environment and work on projects involving agent-based learning environments, AIED system architectures, smart and distributed learning environments, human factors and interface design, conversational agents, natural language interfaces for instructional systems, multimodal learning analytics, teacher and learner dashboards, classroom management tools, and curriculum and learning design authoring systems. The research group is particularly interested in candidates with expertise in multimodal analytics, data mining, or large language models, and who can bridge theoretical AI research with practical, real-world applications.
The ideal applicant will have a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills suitable for interdisciplinary teamwork.
