Postdoctoral Fellowship in Metabolomics, Bioinformatics, AI and Data Science at EMBL-EBI (ARISE2 × MetaboLights)

Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) through the ARISE2 × MetaboLights programme. This call is aimed at researchers interested in metabolomics, bioinformatics, AI, data science, research infrastructure, multi-omics, multimodal data integration, FAIR data standards, knowledge graphs, ontologies, software development, and scientific data visualization. The position is part of the MetaboLights team at EMBL-EBI and is developed with an EMBL supervisor. Projects may also involve collaborations across EMBL and beyond, with a strong focus on open life science data and next-generation metabolomics resources.
