Position 1 (Spring 2027):
Molecular & Genomic Fungal Biology. This project is suited to students interested in fungal molecular genetics, functional genomics, CRISPR, and sequencing-based approaches.
Position 2 (Fall 2027):
Computational Fungal Genomics & Evolution. This position is aimed at applicants with a strong computational/bioinformatics background, especially experience with Linux and programming/scripting in Python, R, and/or Bash.
