Fully funded PhD opportunity at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia in perovskite–silicon solar cells . The project focuses on advanced lead-free halide perovskite materials , perovskite–silicon tandem and triple-junction solar cells , thin-film synthesis and deposition, solar-cell fabrication and interface engineering, structural/optical/electrical characterization, device-performance optimization, stability and degradation mechanisms, and advanced modelling/data-driven optimization. Funding: RM3,000/month research allowance. The post is described as fully funded. Eligibility: Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Electronic/Electrical/Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor Technology, or a closely related field. Prior experience with perovskite materials or perovskite solar cells is preferred. Only local candidates are invited to apply.
