About this position

Fully funded PhD opportunity at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia in perovskite–silicon solar cells.

The project focuses on advanced lead-free halide perovskite materials, perovskite–silicon tandem and triple-junction solar cells, thin-film synthesis and deposition, solar-cell fabrication and interface engineering, structural/optical/electrical characterization, device-performance optimization, stability and degradation mechanisms, and advanced modelling/data-driven optimization.
