Funding: limited funds are available for academic year 2026-2027. Grant amounts depend on destination country and available European Commission funding. Group 1 countries receive €540/month and Group 2 countries receive €480/month. Students may receive a grant for a maximum of 60 days; additional days are zero-grant status. Green travel support and inclusion top-ups may also be available.
Eligibility highlights: you must be registered at Leiden University as a bachelor’s or master’s student, have an address in the Netherlands when applying, and complete a full-time traineeship (35–40 hours/week) lasting between 2 and 12 months.
