The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2026 is a prestigious, fully funded PhD scholarship program for international students, offered in collaboration with A*STAR and leading Singaporean universities: National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
