About this position
Els Koffeman Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Institute of Physics, University of Amsterdam.
This is a postdoctoral fellowship for excellent researchers from underrepresented groups in experimental and theoretical physics. The fellowship supports independent research in a physics topic of your choice, while being embedded in one of the IoP subgroups and connected to the broader physics community at the University of Amsterdam.
Research areas: physics, experimental physics, theoretical physics, astronomy. Applicants are encouraged to indicate up to three IoP faculty members they would like to work with.
Eligibility highlights: PhD in Physics or a closely related field; strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and academic books; intended for candidates likely to be underrepresented at faculty level, including minority ethnic backgrounds, people with disabilities, LGBTQI+ people, and women.
