Polytechnic University of Bragança (Instituto Politécnico de Bragança) is opening an international selection competition for 1 initial-level PhD researcher to develop research within the ProGEL project — Vegan, fortified and sustainable alternatives for the ice cream and gelatin sector (Project No. 26153, NORTE2030-FEDER-03259700).
