About this position

The Integrative Viromics Lab at the University of Calgary is recruiting MSc and PhD students to work on viral diversity in lakes, glaciers, permafrost, and other changing environments.

Research projects combine metagenomics, microbial ecology, and bioinformatics to understand how climate change is reshaping microbial ecosystems.
