About this position

Required experience includes hands-on microfabrication, microfluidics, and fluorescence imaging, plus strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. Preferred skills include Python/MATLAB programming, microcontroller-based control systems (Arduino/Raspberry Pi), and synthetic organic chemistry.

This is a 4-year PhD position with a fixed-term contract: one year initially, renewable for another three years. The salary indication is €3204–€4051 per month, with an end-of-year bonus, holiday allowance, and generous vacation hours.

What's required

Applicants should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, team-oriented, able to work in a multidisciplinary environment, and have excellent English communication skills. Preferred: programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar) for data analysis, ability to design and implement microcontroller-based control systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.), and experience with synthetic organic chemistry.
