PhD Research Fellowships in Political Science: Comparative Politics, Political Data Science, Public Administration, Political Behaviour University of Oslo in Norway

The Department of Political Science at the University of Oslo is advertising four PhD research fellowships in Political Science (3-4 years).

One position is open across all subfields of political science, including public policy and administration, comparative politics, political theory, international relations, and research methods.

One position is linked to the ERC-funded project Authoritarian Threats to Scientific Knowledge (AutoKnow), led by Tore Wig, and requires a specialization in comparative politics or political data science.

One position is linked to the ERC-funded project Waging of War (WOW), led by Scott Gates, and requires a specialization in comparative politics, political data science, or public administration.

The fourth position is in comparative political behaviour and focuses on gender gaps in political-democratic orientations. It is part of the project Struggling Women and Men: Political-Democratic Gender Gaps in a High-Trust Welfare State (STRUGGLE), funded by the Norwegian Research Council, and led by Staffan Kumlin.
