About this position
We are hiring a 2-year postdoc in functional cardiac genomics at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen.
The project sits at the intersection of molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics, human genetics, and model organism research. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary research group and contribute to computational and experimental analysis of large-scale omics data.
Research interests and methods: scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, proteomics, computational analysis of large datasets, and translational genomics.
