The project focuses on the governance of transitions toward more sustainable and regenerative farming systems, with particular attention to livestock farming systems, public-private governance, certification schemes, private standards, policy incentives, sustainability indicators, and the perceptions of those affected by sustainability transitions.
The postdoc will contribute to interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research on how governance instruments shape farming systems and farmers’ livelihoods. The role includes work on regenerative agriculture (including ReGeNL), stakeholder engagement, project management support, development of research proposals, and contributions to education.
