Postdoc in Human-Centred Thermal Comfort and Machine Learning for Electric Vehicles Delft University of Technology in Netherlands

TU Delft’s Intelligent Vehicles group is recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher in Human-Centred Thermal Comfort for Electric Vehicles within the newly funded AETHER EU project.

The project focuses on developing next-generation thermal comfort technologies for electric vehicles by combining physiological sensing, human participant experiments, and machine learning. The research aims to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability in EVs, making it a strong fit for candidates interested in human-centred vehicle systems and applied AI.

The position is based in Delft, Netherlands, and is a 2-year postdoctoral appointment. It is part of a broader European collaboration involving academic partners such as Politecnico di Torino, Ghent University, and Technische Universität Ilmenau, as well as industry partners including AVL, Dumarey Group, Garrett - Advancing Motion, and SODA.Auto.
