This postdoctoral position sits at the intersection of digital health, computer science, biomedical engineering, and clinical research. The successful candidate will join the Technical University Hospital (TUH) Signature Program on Technology-Supported Home-Based Treatment, working with DTU and hospitals across Eastern Denmark to develop, integrate, evaluate, and scale technologies that support safe and effective treatment outside hospitals.

The role focuses on practical technological support across multiple clinical projects, including software development, system architecture, integration of digital health platforms, mobile health (mHealth), telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, sensor technologies, wearable devices, mobile sensing, health data science, digital phenotyping, user-centered design, usability evaluation, and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. The work also involves collaboration with clinicians and researchers to translate clinical needs into deployable solutions and to support real-world evaluation in healthcare settings.

Eligibility: applicants must hold a PhD degree or equivalent. The postdoc should have experience in several relevant areas, especially strong technical skills and an interest in applying research to clinical practice. Knowledge of the Danish healthcare system and eHealth infrastructure is valued. The position also includes teaching and supervision of BSc and MSc student projects at DTU.
