What's required

PhD or equivalent in Chemistry, Photochemistry, Photocatalysis or a closely related field. Proven experience in photochemistry and mechanistic study of photocatalytic reactions is required, including organic and inorganic synthesis, spectroscopic techniques, Schlenk techniques, glovebox work, transient absorption spectroscopy, time-resolved and steady-state absorption/emission spectroscopy, Stern-Volmer analyses, charge dynamics, and electron transfer kinetics. Experience with soft materials such as liposomes, polymersomes, and other vesicles is highly valued. Strong written and verbal English skills (minimum B2) are required, along with scientific productivity, ability to work independently, teamwork, mentoring, and good organization/time management.
