The University of Tokyo is recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher in thermal fluid dynamics and combustion within the Graduate School of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
The lab is working on projects involving LIF/TDLAS measurements in ammonia and hydrogen combustion, modeling flame effects on structural materials and heated objects in ammonia industrial furnaces, numerical analysis of laminar and turbulent flames with gas-phase and surface reactions, and optimization of heat flow in thermal equipment such as heat exchangers.
