Technische Universität Dresden is advertising a Research Associate / PhD Student / PostDoc (m/f/x) position at the Chair of Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience, Faculty of Psychology, Institute of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy.

The chair is also involved in the Collaborative Research Centre/Transregio 393 “Trajectories of Affective Disorders”.

This opportunity is especially relevant for candidates interested in clinical psychology, behavioral neuroscience, psychopathology, psychotherapy, statistics, experimental psychology, and clinical diagnostics. The position includes study coordination, clinical diagnostic interviews, experimental and neuroscientific assessments, data analysis, and scientific writing. Applicants are encouraged to pursue their own research and publication activities.

For PhD candidates, the post is offered at 75% of full-time; for PostDocs, it is 100% full-time. The appointment is limited to 3 years with the option of extension and is remunerated according to E 13 TV-L.

Required qualifications include a university degree in Psychology or a related field, strong interest in clinical psychological and neuroscientific research, solid knowledge of statistics and experimental psychology, and very good English. Experience with neuroscientific methods is an advantage, and familiarity with programming languages such as MATLAB is welcomed.
