The research project focuses on evaluating the therapeutic potential of targeting the PP2A inhibitor protein CIP2A. Recent advancements have opened exciting opportunities for direct targeting of CIP2A, and the group is seeking a highly motivated senior postdoctoral fellow with solid experience in structural biology and small molecule targeting to explore these novel findings. Obligatory candidate requirements include a PhD with postdoctoral experience, hands-on expertise in protein chemistry and interaction technologies, a first author publication related to structural biology in a high-quality journal, and a publication on phosphoproteome signaling and/or phosphatases. Strong team-working and communication skills are essential. Preferred technical competencies include experience with cancer cell culture methods, small molecule targeting, and a solid understanding of CIP2A/PP2A biology.
