Admissions Consulting & Partnerships Manager (International)

Own client conversion, team delivery, and international partnerships for a fast-growing global admissions consulting service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify incoming inquiries, recommend the right consulting packages, and convert leads into paid contracts through strong follow-up and closing.
• Manage the admissions consulting department, including case assignment to consultants, timelines, quality checks, and accountability.
• Improve internal workflows, tracking, and reporting such as response times, conversion rates, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to shape promotions, provide practical input, and support events or webinars.
• Lead outreach and relationship-building with international universities and strategic partners.
Requirements:
Senior-level experience in study abroad, admissions consulting, education services, or EdTech.
Strong sales mindset with proven experience converting and closing clients.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) with a professional international tone.
Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing remote teams across different time zones.
