Admissions Consulting & Partnerships Manager (International)

Remote | Full-Time

Own client conversion, team delivery, and international partnerships for a fast-growing global admissions consulting service.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify incoming inquiries, recommend the right consulting packages, and convert leads into paid contracts through strong follow-up and closing.

Manage the admissions consulting department, including case assignment to consultants, timelines, quality checks, and accountability.

Improve internal workflows, tracking, and reporting such as response times, conversion rates, and delivery quality.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to shape promotions, provide practical input, and support events or webinars.

Lead outreach and relationship-building with international universities and strategic partners.

Requirements:

Senior-level experience in study abroad, admissions consulting, education services, or EdTech.

Strong sales mindset with proven experience converting and closing clients.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) with a professional international tone.

Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing remote teams across different time zones.
