How do I know which scholarships I am eligible for?
Check six rules, in this order: nationality, level, grades, English score, age and deadline. Nationality rules out the most people: Chevening, GKS and Commonwealth list the countries that can apply. The checker above never uses a converted grade to rule a scholarship out. You are eligible only when you meet every rule, so treat one you can't confirm as still to check, and confirm on the official page.

Questions
What is a scholarship eligibility checker?
The scholarship eligibility checker compares your profile with a scholarship's rules, one criterion at a time. Enter your nationality, level, grades, age and English score and see, free, which criteria you meet, which you don't and which to check yourself. Sign in to check yourself against every scholarship and opening that fits your profile.
Which scholarships am I eligible for?
That depends mostly on your nationality, the level you want to study and your grades. Enter them here to check a scholarship's rules against you, or sign in and ApplyKite Twin checks you against every scholarship that fits your field.
What does 'check this' mean?
It means we couldn't decide that criterion from what you entered or from the scholarship's published rules, so read it on the scholarship's own page before you apply. Other rules, such as work experience, aren't checked here; the official page decides those. A scholarship is only marked eligible when every criterion is met.
Is the eligibility checker free?
Yes, with no sign-up. The rules are checked against what you enter. Your grades, age and English score are only used for the check; your nationality, level and subject are kept for 30 minutes so your Twin can carry on if you sign in. Sign in, free to start, to keep your profile and check every opening.
How do I convert my GPA?
Enter your grade on the scale your university uses, such as out of 4, 5, 10, 20 or 100, or your UK degree class. A grade on any other scale is converted to a 4.0 scale, and a converted grade is never used to rule a scholarship out: if it looks short, it shows as one to check. The scholarship's own page says how it converts grades.
Do I need IELTS or TOEFL for a scholarship?
Most scholarships in English-speaking countries ask for one, often IELTS 6.5 or 7.0, unless you studied in English. Enter your score here and the checker tells you if it meets the scholarship's minimum.
Is the result a guarantee?
No. It shows whether you meet the published rules, but the scholarship decides. Rules change each round, so always check the official page before you apply.
