We look for PhD candidates with a passion for impact and who really want to bridge # AI and # management . Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial mindset and love to test human-AI collaboration in the field (e.g., designing interfaces but also running field experiments with workers on the ground; beyond just LLM fine-tuning). Some fluency in German is preferred (B1/B2-level).
