Ghent University invites applications for a full-time doctoral fellow position in the Department of Accounting, Corporate Finance and Taxation. This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking to pursue a PhD focused on corporate taxation, with at least 90% of the assignment dedicated to academic research in preparation for a doctoral dissertation. The fellowship amount corresponds to 100% of the net salary of an AAP member, adjusted for family status and seniority, and is tax-free. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent diploma, with the requirement fulfilled at the start of appointment. Excellent academic results are considered an asset. Candidates should demonstrate interest in academic and/or project-based research and services, with a clear intention to pursue a PhD in taxation. Didactic and communication skills are essential.
