Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet) in Norway is offering a fully funded PhD fellowship in Development Studies, starting September 2026. The position is based in the Department of International Studies and Interpreting, within the Faculty of Education and International Studies, and is part of the research group Development, Power, and Inequality. The research focus includes development, environment, sustainability, education, health, gender, religion, power structures, and social inequality. Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Development Studies or a related field with a minimum grade of B or equivalent, and demonstrate strong academic and research potential. The position offers a salary of NOK 550,800 per year with pension benefits and may include up to one year of teaching and administrative duties.
