About this position

This is a pretty cool Nutrition PhD opportunity in Hawaii.
I am seeking a motivated PhD or Master’s (by research) student to join my research group in Fall 2025 at the University of Hawai?i at Manoa, Honolulu, USA. Our research focuses on food chemistry and ingredient functionality, including developing novel fat mimics and valorizing tropical agricultural and food waste. This position offers a fully funded assistantship of approximately $25,000–$26,000 per year for 3 years (PhD) or 2 years (Masters), with the tuition fee waived.
