About this position
The Danish Data Science Academy (DDSA) is offering competitive PhD and postdoctoral fellowships for visionary and ambitious young data scientists interested in pursuing independent research projects in Denmark. These fellowships are open to candidates from any field of data science, including but not limited to algorithms, artificial intelligence, distributed systems, mobile and edge computing, cyber-physical systems security, machine learning, statistics, bioinformatics, and computational sciences. Projects may be theoretical or applied, and interdisciplinary or collaborative proposals are encouraged.
For the postdoc fellowship, applicants must hold a PhD or have their thesis accepted for defense before June 1, 2026, and must have received their PhD no more than six years prior to the application deadline, with allowances for parental leave.
