Technical University of Munich (TUM), Chair for Strategy and Organization, is advertising multiple research openings in strategy, organization, entrepreneurship, deep tech startups, and AI strategy.

The call includes four PhD-level Research Associate positions and one postdoc/science manager position with the opportunity to pursue a Habilitation. The PhD projects cover: a general strategy & organization role; predicting co-founder break-ups in startups using longitudinal primary data; deep tech startups using secondary and trace data; and AI strategy in organizations using field experiments with companies.

The postdoc role focuses on new transfer models for professorships. The positions are based at Technische Universität München and are part of a vibrant, internationally oriented research environment. One of the PhD roles is explicitly listed as TV-L 13 and can be part-time or full-time.
